I reinstalled 15-20 times, I keep getting error message. So I deleted the original one, reinstalled and get the same message. Now I don't even have one that sort of works.Here's the screen shot.

It had all these things,then suddenly it didn't.

There is no help button,just as there is no exit button.That is the problem.

I feel a little dumb to say this, but I have no idea where the help button is, definitely know the Alt and the arrow, but nada on a help button.

This just happened to me just now right out of the blue.Had to call on task manager to shut it down. Reloaded, same thing. I'll reboot the whole system sometime later, hopefully that will fix it.
