Here's an example url -
It offers all the available formats, but they all fail if I try to use them.
Unfortunately this is from a membership site, so you wouldn't be able to download anyway unless you were logged into the site, but it is an example of the url format I'm trying to download from.
They used to work fine, but I've tried several from the same site, and they all now fail.
Thanks, Dave.
No, I'm afraid not!
It does sound like you've tried everything that you can, all you can do is e-mail them and wait until they reply.
They must have a record of your subscription, and if it's valid they've got to sort out whatever the problem is, or give you a refund! Sorry I couldn't be more help, I was just going on my experiences with the program. I have a lifetime sub as well, and it did stop working, but when I re-verified it again, it was fine. There is zero documentation about any of the procedures to do this though, which is not good!
OK, I'm not at all sure why you're getting what you're seeing when you log in to Televzr, it sounds like something is corrupted somewhere. The only other thing I can suggest is uninstalling the program and reinstalling it again.
When you log in, you should be seeing either the e-mail verification page if you have paid for the Pro version, or the payment registration page if you haven't.
Have you tried updating the app?
Press "ALT" and then select the menu item which appears top left.
Try updating, even if it already appears to be the current version.
If that doesn't work, I'm all out of ideas I'm afraid, and you'll have to e-mail them if you haven't already.
Cheers, Dave.
@Christian, have you tried logging out and back in again?
If you do, you should see a page to put your e-mail address in for verification.
If it's successful you should be sent an e-mail with a verification link, which should activate the Pro features of Televzr.
If when you log in you're taken to the payments page, your payment hasn't worked.
HTH. Dave.
Great news Ron, glad everything seems to be OK now!
I think if you want 360 resolution (for SD) or 720 (for HD) it should work even if it isn't the Pro version, as YouTube allows saving of them without any workarounds needed. If you want anything higher (480 for SD or 1080 for HD) or UHD formats, you will need the Pro version of Televzr for them to be available.
Have you tried logging out and back in again? If everything is correct, when you log in you should be taken to a page just to enter your e-mail address, and once that's accepted you should get an activation e-mail which will enable the Pro functions.
Someone on another thread says he's paid but still gets taken to the payment page when he logs in, which almost certainly means that his payment didn't register.
Have you actually signed in to the program (icon top right)?
It won't work as the pro version unless you do.
When you sign in it should take you to a page to enter your e-mail, and when that is accepted it will send you an e-mail with an activation link.
None of this is at all intuitive, which I have pointed out to them!
HTH, Dave.
OK, sorry again!
I looked at my e-mails, and there were a huge number of activation e-mails for Televzr!
All is OK now, but this is really not intuitive.
Your registration dialogue should say that an e-mail has been sent with an activation link, at the moment it does not do this!
Thanks, Dave.

Thanks Alexander.
Please let me know if I can give you any more information.
I did look in the Televzr logs, but couldn't obviously see what the problem was.
The difficulty I suspect will be finding a Vimeo link to test with which doesn't require you to be logged into a membership site.
