Why is Televzr no longer working in the USA? I paid for lifetime subscription so I want my money back if that is the case.

Having problems with downloading youtube videos, clicking on Prepare to download starts the process, but download fails.

Out of the last 4 downloads the 3rd completed the others stop at 98.0% and no matter trying again as the same fault occurs.
