Hello, what's your app version (can be checked by pressing "Alt" < "Help")?

What is your version of the application?

On which software do you have a mobile device?

What is your video format?

1.i have the latest version of the app on my PC

2. Again the latest, both recently updated

3. Android

4. I don't underatand this. All i know is that i used to be able to download videos from Youtube on my pc then transfer them to my phone via the app.

Please see the version of the program. It is not difficult.

I can't find the version number for the one on my phone but I do know it's the latest version since i updated it quite a while ago.

For my computer, as retarded as it sounds, not even sure since im not home at the moment. It might be a 1.6.7 or a 1.4.9. I downloaded the latest version from the site today but can't recall what version it was.

PC Version: 1.6.9@2.0.83

Mobile device OS is Android

Don't understand what you mean by video format

Is your computer and mobile device on the same Wi-Fi network?
