newest MacOs Catalina version

Hello, I recently updated my macbook to the newest Catalina version and it says your application is out of date and is not allowing me to download it. What are my options?

An error message comes up saying

"“Televzr” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software.

This software needs to be updated. Contact the developer for more information."

Has this happened to anyone else?

You need to open the directory with the application, press the right button on the application, and select open from the menu.
