Possible new copy protection in YouTube

Am finding some YouTube videos that start to process for download but then fail before download starts.

I am also having this problem.  All of a sudden...I cannot download anything.  It just keeps saying "preparing to Download" and then nothing happens.  I logged out, I restarted my computer, I uninstalled and reinstalled the program and still...Nothing.
