Can you add a function to limit CPU usage when recode vp9 to x264?
Can you add a function to limit CPU usage when recode vp9 to x264? It always uses 100% cpu. If it can be set to limit to such as 50% usage of CPU, it could be good for computer's health if user does not care about the time.
