Televzr doesn’t works any more.

Hi Guys.
My Televzr doesn’t works any more. I Press prepare to download, then it will say preparing to download but then got back to the prepare to download.
I keep pressing it but it does the same thing, tried with other videos & even turned my computer off & on.
