Is pro version for a personal computer or an account

Hi.I want to buy a pro version and there is a doubt that depend on me buy it or not.

Is pro version for a personal computer or an account ?In another words,if I buy pro version in this account on my  own computer,and then could I keep using this account on my friend's computer and the pro version still working?
