The Pro version has always worked very well for me, but perhaps I've been lucky!
I see many reports here about problems, and the lack of response from the support people.

Have you tried logging into the Televzr app using the e-mail address that you registered with?If it allows that, it should then become the Pro version.
I don't think they send any confirmation e-mails and there is no activation key.
It is a strange system, and not intuitive at all!
