For those who are having issues related to account switching and subscription, this may help
You can try using this link to see the currently logged in account on your PC, and log out then relog in with the right account which you paid subscription for.

How did I find this out? I just paid for the one-time free subscription for my gmail account, but it was still not activated as PRO when I logged in my gmail account. Then I saw there was a link in the activation code section of my successful payment page, which brought me to the log in page as the link I post above. I logged in with my gmail, which was logged in but didn't reflect as activated for the PRO on the software.
Then I thought maybe because I used a different email for my billing when I made the payment. So I tried logging in with that email I just used for payment, and guess what? It worked!
Turns out the PRO subscription gets matched to the email address you use when you make the payment, not the one you log in on your pc software. Because funny enought, that email I used when making the payment was not even signed up as an account yet. I signed up an account with that email and logged in, and I got the PRO working fine as usual (I've been using it for four years with my gmail account and paid for the permanent subscription before, somehow it's no longer a thing for my old account and I was asked to buy a new subscription.)
One thing worth noticing is if you're not using gmail address when logging in, the system sends you an activation email to your mailbox every time you log out and log back in, which you need to click the link on that email to log in. This means if your subscription gets linked to a non-gmail address and you log out and want to log back in to use the PRO, you need to do like activating a new account every time, which is pretty troublesome.
I sent an email to the support to see if they can rematch my subscription to my gmail address, not holding any hope they will reply though.
Anyway, I shared this because I see a lot of people are having irritating issues with the account and subscription. Hope it helps.

Thank you Jovey, that's really useful information and I hope it helps others.
I've never had any problem myself, I've been using Televzr Pro for quite a few years now on a lifetime subscription, and it has always worked (touch wood!)
The Pro activation process has always been very unintuitive though, and it's great to have it explained.
This is not helped by the fact that as far as I can see, the Televzr developers never respond to problem reports, which is very poor. It is a good piece of software though, and at least in my experience, it works very well.
Cheers, Dave.
