Issue with Pro Subscription – Cannot Download Above 360p

Hello,

I purchased Televr Pro 5 days ago, but now I can only download videos in 360p resolution. Even when higher qualities are available (720p, 1080p), they do not appear in the download options.

I’ve already tried different videos, reinstalled the app, and checked my settings — nothing worked. Please help me resolve this issue.

Next to 'Televzr' at the top left of the program window, does it say 'Pro'?

If not, that's the problem, although I thought that even the free version would download up to 720p.

Of course it says, I personally paid for it

I was downloading the free version, then a limit was added, so I bought the pro version, but the problem is now solved

OK. Usually when people report this sort of issue, it's because the Pro registration hasn't worked.

Glad it's sorted anyway. Can you tell me what the problem actually was, in case it helps others with the same issue?
