I only buy one month's permission. Why is the credit card account deducted for several consecutive months? And can't cancel account renewal through website and software. No response was received to help@televzr.com. My account number is jiangweiwh@126.com, please handle.

Hello. I've sent the cancellation request 5 days ago, no reply so far. Trying to cancel, same problem here, I subscribed for 1 month and my card has been charged several months.. so not cool...

Hello, please help me cancel my subscription from this scam app, i was subscribed with one time pay. WTF!!?? why you keep charging money from my card? And for cancelation need to write in support which are not responding. I think we need to involve police here
