I have reinstalled it many times and am tired of struggling. Please cancel my subscription with immediate effect and send confirmation to me that my subscription is cancelled. Many thanks.

I'm using a macbook air version 10.11.6 and have also downloaded Televzr onto my desktop but still can't download videos ! The version of the app is 1.9.38 (1.9.38@2.3.33).
