I have paid for a month’s subscription but still can’t download videos.

What's your app version (can be checked by pressing "Alt" < "Help")?
Could you please send a few links you can't download. We will check it out.
For the better understanding it'll be great to see a screenshot with the error.

I'm using a macbook air version 10.11.6 and have also downloaded Televzr onto my desktop but still can't download videos ! The version of the app is 1.9.38 (1.9.38@2.3.33).

If this issue is not sorted out promptly, please cancel my subscription.
Try to reinstall the program.
If it does not help, please send the program logs.
Alt> Help>Show logs.
I have reinstalled it many times and am tired of struggling. Please cancel my subscription with immediate effect and send confirmation to me that my subscription is cancelled. Many thanks.
