I'll provide an update if and when this issue gets resolved.

Last summer I signed up for the monthbymonth Televzr service for $4.99/month.  I have enjoyed the service and it worked flawlessly on my Windows 7 desktop.  In February I received an email asking about signing up for the Televzr Premium WIN Pro "One-Time fee_tz " lifetime service for a fee of $39.99.  I signed up for it.  Thinking that by doing this Televzr would cancel my monthbymonth subscription.  Was I wrong.  I was routed to their "billing company" called Blue Snap. To resolve this, I contacted Blue Snap and was told that until such time as Televsr directs them to cancel the monthbymonth subsription, Blue Snap would continue to bill my account.  I told Blue Snap that I had subscribed to the "one-Time Televzr Pro subscription and Blue Snap stated "it doesn't matter, we will still bill your account.  I cancelled the credit card used for the monthbymonth service to make sure that no further charges would be assessed.  I was told by Blue Snap that they were "only" a billing service and I would have to take my problem up with Televzr.  On another call to Blue Snap, they told me my monthbymoth was cancelled.  Futrther they said that what might have happened is when the monthbymonth was cancelled it also cancelled the "One-Time account. I then went into my computer to run the Televzr app, and the window show the message "service cancelled". I had an email link to do this. "help@televzr.com"       I have since sent three emails to them over the past several days explaining my issue and have not heard anything back from them.  I attempted to use the link that Televzr sent me when I purchased the  The link provided does not work.  When I attempt to install it on my computer, the screen shows that it is loading, but it doesn't load.  I have left the link on "going through the steps that it is showing that it is loading for over 3 hours and it still doesn't load.  I consequently stop it. By the way, if you contact Blue Snap with your issues, be prepared to hear how little they can do for you, and, be treated very unprofessionally when seeking assistance.  You may just get hung up, especially if you are fortunate enough to talk with "Joshua".  If this comment finds its way onto the screen of any of Televzr's CSR's whereever they may be located, it would sincerely be appreciated if you would do what is necessary to assist me, or issue a $39.99 credit to me.  For your reference, my order number is 199060450.
