Why is Televzr no longer working in the USA? I paid for lifetime subscription so I want my money back if that is the case.

Having problems with downloading youtube videos, clicking on Prepare to download starts the process, but download fails.

I also added Youtube video links - tried four (4) - and got messages "nothing found"

How can I set a video from my files to show in the movie category?

I have a bunch of movies on my computer but they show up in the 'undefined' category. Is there a setting where I can move them to movies?

Out of the last 4 downloads the 3rd completed the others stop at 98.0% and no matter trying again as the same fault occurs.
