I contacted the payment method and they are trying to locate the ummy merchant, but you must help us identify the second merchant, televzr, who may be the same one. All amounts will be refunded. at first my download keep faIling and then i try uninstall and install back but after i install it's didnt have anything above 360p anymore but now i can download that 360p now

아니 구독료 냈는데 3달 지나니 왜 안되냐?
처음 구독료 냈을 때는 잘 되다가 3달 정도 지나니 무료 회원이랑 똑같이 처리되고 상담 메일 보내도 도통 답변이 안 옵니다. 수신 확인 하니 읽지도 않았네요. ㅆ
