Cant Work It just says Prepare to Download

Hi mine is having the same issue except it is able to download shorter clips from youtube, However, when I try to download a movie off youtube (that's about 1hr 30m long), it fails to move into the download stage. I click on Prepare to Download and the prepare to download bar moves across like it's going to work. It gets about 1/4 of the way across and then resets. Then it just goes back to saying Prepare to Download and never Downloads.

I have a HP Omen with a 9th gen core i7.

Hello, try to reinstall the program.
