Can't download in 4K UHD (Download button greyed out)

Hi there, I can't download a 4K Ultra HD video using your program. The option appears in the drop-down list but when I select it, the Download button goes grey. If I select 1440 Quad HD, the Download button goes green. I've tried this with multiple 4K UHD videos but I can't download any of them

Hello, bugs fixed.
Update the program by pressing the "Alt" key to check the update.

I've clicked log in and as you can see it's authorized successfully so I'm not sure what else to try...

Hi Alexander, thanks, I've loaded the program today and it looks like I am now logged in. Previously, the program was not showing as logged in (as you can see in the pic) even though I'd authorized it.
