not letting me download
i press prepare to download & then it will say preparing to download but then got back to the prepare to download, i keep pressing it but it does the same thing, tried with other videos & even turned my laptop off & on, please help me

How do I update? There is no option to. Do I have to uninstall and re install?
UPDATE: trying to reinstall, but it keeps telling me to close all applications. Nothing else is open on my PC. Is this another bug you have to fix?
