download success but have 0 byte
Programme show download process was successful and can play video. But when I open folder televzr downloads and copy video to my external haddisk. They have 0 length so I can't play with another media player
How can I continue an incomplete download. The incomplete .part mp4 files are there in the televizr folder.

Televzr won't allow me to download from YouTube; the option to download it doesn't appear.
Televzr Dashboard When I open Televzr, the option to download from YouTube is there for a few brief seconds, and then it disappears. I was told that I would be able to download from YouTube once I input my email address, which I did. Now my Televzr dashboard looks like this.
