There have been many reports here about a lack of response from Televzr regarding problems, which isn't good.

So it's not working as the Pro version?

What's the problem? I've been using the Pro version for several years now, and it's always worked fine and done exactly what it should do. Are you having a problem activating it as the Pro version?

Assuming you have the Pro version, when you enter your e-mail address, you should get an e-mail sent to you with an activation link.

Is that not happening?

Have you tried logging into the Televzr app using the e-mail address that you registered with?
If it allows that, it should then become the Pro version.

I don't think they send any confirmation e-mails and there is no activation key.

It is a strange system, and not intuitive at all!

In my experience, the converter built into Televzr was incredibly slow, so I don't used it.

You'd probably be better off using something like HandBreak to do the conversion. It's free and copes with pretty much anything, I used it on a 4K download from YouTube only the other day.

I assume that, like me, you're using an old version of Premiere (CS6?)

I've always assumed that current versions will open vp09 codec files.

Are you actually logged in to Televzr, with the e-mail address you registered with?

I've been using Televzr Pro with a lifetime subscription for nearly four years, and it has always updated to the current version with no problems other than the one mentioned above.
