PRO VERSION NOT WORKING!!!

I have purchased pro version fir lifetime acces, but I couldn’t even use it for one second. I uninstalled, loged out, loged in,tried to update , and did everything that was suggested on this forum, yet nothing works. sent email to televzr, opened a case on paypal and I still  didnt get a reply. NOW WHAT???

I paid for Televzr Pro Lifetime and now it won't let me download anything and says free downloads are up. Help. This is the reason that I paid. I am logged in and the PRO version is now missing.


Yes I have logged out and back in... It only goes to the free mode and my LIFETIME payment was processed YESTERDAY .IT was working and now isn't. When I try to get logged back in it goes to a frozen screen that says: Get Back to Televzr, search activated. I would like my paid for service to function.

homepage is activated but programm is not activated :(((

Is pro version for a personal computer or an account ?In another words,if I buy pro version in this account on my  own computer,and then could I keep using this account on my friend's computer and the pro version still working?

Hello

I am having a problem with the wonderful program Televzr

When I add a series to my library, the program recognizes it but it does not display its own poster :'(

As you can see in the image below, the program recognize these series, but it did not show the poster for some of them.

tried to remove them from the library and re-add them again and again but without result
Just for reference: I have no problem with the Internet

When I open Televzr I receive this message: Service is no longer available for US users if you have questions contact us at help@Televzr.com. I live in California and paid for my subscription. What can I do?

I can't download whole playlists any more after I successfully downloaded one playlist.

I just downloaded a whole playlist from youtube successfully, but after that, I can download no more playlists. It keeps saying nothing was found. Even the previous playlist I downloaded can't be found on search.
