Pro isn't working
I paid for Televzr Pro Lifetime and now it won't let me download anything and says free downloads are up. Help. This is the reason that I paid. I am logged in and the PRO version is now missing.

I am unable to download from YouTube
I am unable to download from YouTube. I get the Prepare to Download message but no download. I've searched the forum for information but have found only one and that one not helpful.
The one I found says to check the version by pressing Alt < Help but there is no "Help" key on a USA keyboard. So that doesn't work.
The remedy says to upgrade the software but there does not appear to be any update or upgrade function. If I try to install a new version it says I have to close running programs. There are no running programs.
Any help is appreciated.

When i try to download video from hotstar it simply downloads a video shows kindly update your hotstar app....

Ребят, у вас на сайте на баннере написано, что приложение бесплатно, у меня 2 день требует ключ и оплату. В тех поддержке написали, что бесплатно только 1 скачивание, это 100% ложь, потому что до вчерашнего дня все скачивалось в неограниченном количестве. Раз уж вы решили сделать программу платной, уберите хотя бы с баннера то что она бесплатна и вообще слышали о таком понятии как публичная оферта?

not letting me download
i press prepare to download & then it will say preparing to download but then got back to the prepare to download, i keep pressing it but it does the same thing, tried with other videos & even turned my laptop off & on, please help me
